1. THIS time will be different. This time it is really going to work.
2. I can stick to eating celery and cabbage for 1 month, no problem!
3. I don’t need to exercise, I’ll just eat less.
4. I’m not an emotional eater, I just love food.
5. I’m weak, I have no will power
6. I wouldn’t have all of these problems if I wasn’t overweight.
7. I’m a failure because I can’t keep this weight off.
8. I’m not good enough just the way I am.
9. My weight has nothing to do with my past, my emotions or my thinking
